Welcome aboard Arbutus!

In February 2011, we began planning our new adventure of exploration, education, and discovery. Exploration of our planet, its landscapes, its people, and the discovery of a new way of life...a simpiler way of life. We created this website to share and exchange our ideas and experiances with our family and friends, fellow sailors, and anyone who dreams. Thanks to our SSB radio we are able to update our current position from the boat...from anywhere in the world! Important INFOrmation!! Our blog is unique because the posts in English are written by Sundy and they describe her experiences from her point of view and the French posts are written by Paul and they describe his experiences. So if you understand both languages you have the opportunity to read and compare our stories.
